The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.

FARMÀCIA CASTELLS undertakes not to sell illegally prescribed medicines.

The General Conditions of Access and Use are written in Catalan, Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy between these versions, the Catalan version will prevail
