Shipping Policy

1. Available destinations
The online store currently accepts orders for delivery to Spain and to other European Union member states available at checkout. To complete a purchase, the destination country must be part of an active market and have an applicable shipping rate.
Destinations outside the European Union are not currently enabled for completing purchases in this Shopify store. The existence of a technical zone or a rate being configured does not mean that sales are enabled.
2. Order preparation
Orders are prepared on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Barcelona and exceptional circumstances. Product availability is confirmed during order processing. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a solution or refund the corresponding amount.
3. Rates and estimated delivery times
The applicable options, total price and delivery estimate are displayed before payment. The information at checkout takes precedence where there is a rate calculated in real time or a specific condition for the address entered.
- Spain: standard rate of EUR 6.99 and free standard shipping for orders of EUR 55 or more. For standard GLS to mainland Spain, estimated transit is 24 to 72 business hours (1 to 3 business days) from collection by GLS. Order preparation takes place beforehand and is not included in this timeframe. Checkout may also display carrier-calculated options.
- European Union, excluding Spain: standard international rate of EUR 8.99. The configured estimate is 3 to 5 working days. Checkout may also display carrier-calculated options.
Delivery times are estimates, not a guarantee of delivery on a specific date, unless expressly stated otherwise. They may be affected by public holidays, carrier incidents, security checks, lack of access to the address or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Farmacia Barcelona. In all cases, the maximum time limits and rights provided by consumer law will be respected.
4. Carrier and tracking
The store uses GLS and may use other carriers or equivalent services depending on the destination and selected option. Where tracking is available, you will receive a link by email. A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the shipment has stopped moving.
5. In-store collection
In-store collection is available when shown as an option at checkout. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the store. The collection point is:

We may ask for the order number and a document that allows us to verify the identity of the person authorised to collect it.
6. Incorrect address, absence and uncollected parcels
Check the address carefully before paying. If you find an error, contact info@farmaciabarcelona.com immediately. We will try to correct it while the order has not yet been prepared or handed to the carrier, but cannot guarantee later changes.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, repeated absence or failure to collect, we will contact you to agree on the appropriate solution. Any cost that may lawfully be passed on will be disclosed and justified before a new shipment is made. This clause does not limit consumer rights or transfer risk before the consumer has physically received the order.
7. Incidents, damage or loss
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, or if the order arrives damaged, contact info@farmaciabarcelona.com or call +34 607 16 18 55 as soon as possible. We will remain responsible for liaising with the carrier and apply the appropriate measures without reducing your statutory rights.
8. Taxes and customs
Applicable prices and taxes are displayed before payment. As active markets are currently limited to Spain and the European Union, this policy does not advertise regular shipments to third countries. If new destinations are enabled, availability, taxes, customs duties, import costs and who bears each amount will be disclosed before purchase.
