1. Wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.

2. Apply a small amount of shampoo to the palm of your hand and distribute it over your scalp.

3. Massage with your fingertips and spread the lather through the lengths of your hair.

4. Rinse thoroughly with water and repeat the wash only if needed.

5. Continue with the hair mask or conditioner you usually use.
